Before we dive into the clinical side, we’ll help you get settled. We’ll make sure your medical history and insurance information are up to date so we can maximize your benefits right from the start. If you’re stuck on a form, don’t worry - our team is right here to help.
Part of your complimentary consultation includes a full set of digital records. We’ll take a few photos of your smile and a quick, 3D digital scan of your teeth.

The Result: Our high-tech scanner creates a perfect 3D model of your mouth instantly, making the process quick, clean, and comfortable.
Think of your Treatment Coordinator (TC) as your personal smile advocate. You’ll sit down together to discuss your goals, concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve. They’ll take detailed notes for Dr. Paxon to ensure your care plan is 100% customized to your lifestyle.
Next, you’ll meet Dr. Paxon! He’s our resident orthodontist who combines clinical precision with a friendly, approachable style.
He will:
- Perform a thorough exam of your teeth and bite.
- Discuss your specific smile concerns.
- Explain your treatment options and projected timeline.
- Answer every single question you have (we love questions!)
